The higher floors have the best view of the colors of the ocean. You can even see some of the sea life if you have a set of binoculars."

    "Not kid friendly in this area. Mostly retired older couples. Would suggest looking for a home in another area. This area is a nice place to come for a vacation, but again if you are looking for a condo to buy this is not the ideal place for families with children. "
