    "We have been living here for 15 years. This is one of the best areas of Tallahassee. Only a five minute drive to/from the capitol building, even during rush hour. A short and safe 15 minute walk to Governors Square Mall. Great community activities. Two parks. Spring fed creek running through the neighborhood. No "cut-through" streets. Loads of privacy. Extensive tree canopy and magnificent landscaping blocks all the city noise. It seems like we are living out in the country, even though we are only a few minutes from downtown. :) Close to dining, shopping, government center, hospital, etc."
