I have noticed that the non-IB side has had a lot of issues though. From my experience, a lot of swears get thrown around and even though the school has a no swear policy, none of the students get in trouble. There is definitely a bias (from most of the staff). "I've lived in this neighborhood for more than three years and I love it . Folks are very friendly and kind , most importantly , individuals look out for you , considering you being a great , truthful , respectful and dedicated individual along with your family to the neighborhood community. The area Lake Bradford is a great area to live in also , because you have all the shopping centers , schools , and work opportunities surrounding you , within walking distance... "The commute is decent depending on where you are going and the side of town you live on. The city is constantly growing so commutes will becoming shorter in the long run but with this being a college town probably mean more traffic and immature people being in the same place at the same time."

"The neighborhood is too small for anything more than a potty walk for a dog. To exercise your dog you must drive somewhere else. The main road is too busy and has no sidewalk so leaving the neighborhood on foot for exercise is not possible. "
