Open the newer (2017) Simonton Hurricane impact windows throughout the unit to let the seabreeze flow through. New AC w/gas heat installed 2020. Come through the new storm/screened door into a bright spacious living room that has a comfortable dining area. The galley kitchen with a new deep kitchen sink and garbage disposal has gas appliances and flows into the large Florida Room. Unbelievable Boca Ciega Bay views from the Florida room, you can see the pool too and the room has a grand storage closet. The split bedrooms are off the living room. Large master bedroom has an en-suite bath with shower and good closet space. Guest bathroom has a shower-tub and the guest bedroom has good closet space too. Bathrooms have exhaust vents to the outside. The unit plumbing was replaced last year and was fully painted with a kiltz underlayer for the Florida humidity. Unit is sold furnished (turn key) except for the living room & that is optional. Every floor has a laundry room (new washers/dryers 2 years ago) and a storage room with lockers and space for bikes. Roof was replaced 3 years ago & the building plumbing was replaced last year. New seawall about 3-4 years ago. The Shore Towers Association has it's own dock to enjoy the Florida sun, fish and to watch the dolphins and manatees. This is a new composite dock done last year and kayak accommodations added (kayak storage & kayak lift on the dock). Clubhouse is next door and renovated 2 years ago. It has a fitness center, women's & men's sauna, billiards, TV area and grilling/picnic waterfront area next to the shuffleboard courts. The sparkling waterfront pool is heated and has outside bathroom access. This is a 55+ community with lease restrictions & no pets. The grocery and drug stores are just down the street as are great restaurants and shopping. St Pete Beach was named Tripadvisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 and is only 12 min away. Artsey Gulfport on Boca Ciega Bay has unique restaurants and bars along with a historic dance coliseum is 13 min away. The Grand Central District has antique shops & many fun establishments is 15 min away. Downtown St Petersburg on Tampa Bay with it's trendy restaurants & world renowned museums is 22 min away.
