    "You do see people walking their dogs, if out, people wave very friendly and great decorating at Christmas and Halloween Lots of fun. Parking on the street is permitted if a short duration. I see people loading up their dogs to take them to the St Petersburg dog walk not far away, and that encourages dogs to make “friends” and happy dogs are good to have around!"

    "We do not have good access to public transportation. The commute to downtown with traffic is 30 minutes minimum. We need better public transportation or promote share rides. The scooters that they have in some of the cities would be very helpful."

    "Seeing homeless people sleeping outside the gas station around the block and walking up and bumming cigarettes and talking about stuff that makes no sense, pretty much all on drugs. The traffic lights are also ridiculous. Have to wait through 3 red lights sometimes just to make a turn. "

    "We moved into Seminole 2 years ago. The home was built in 1984 in Frank Estates; built with quality. We are about 10 min from the gulf beaches, we are only 5 min. from the very beautiful Walsingham Park, dog park users always clean up after there own dogs. There is also a children's play ground. The Florida Botanical Gardens are 10 min near by. The Pinellas trail is two blocks from the house. We are 30 min. from Tampa International Airport. Our neighbors are friendly and if you need something they are there to help you. Being new to Florida we were very impressed with the area and the people. Having a family; safety is our number one concern; we feel very safe here. "
