We are about 10 min from the gulf beaches, we are only 5 min. from the very beautiful Walsingham Park, dog park users always clean up after there own dogs. There is also a children's play ground. The Florida Botanical Gardens are 10 min near by. The Pinellas trail is two blocks from the house. We are 30 min. from Tampa International Airport. Our neighbors are friendly and if you need something they are there to help you. Being new to Florida we were very impressed with the area and the people. Having a family; safety is our number one concern; we feel very safe here. "
