It is West of the trail between the Museum of Art and Whimsey and The Ringling Museum. 2 parks in neighborhood are on the Bay., Spectacular Sunsets! 1,150 households are active in a variety of neighbor events. Annual picnic, annual yard sale weekend with over 60 households participating, and the Sun Circle Art Festival in March (March 14, 2015).
