Experience remarkable primary living at the beach in this single-story, four-bed, three-bath home on more than a half-acre in Driftwood Estates. With nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, this brick home features an open floor plan and backs up to a lake that separates it from Driftwood Estates Park. Well cared for by the current long-term tenant, this home is ideal for a first-time homebuyer or savvy investor looking for a solid investment opportunity. Inside this spacious home, you'll find a generously sized kitchen with island, additional counter seating, ample cabinets and a walk-in pantry, and a large living room with high ceilings. Natural light pours in through the home's large windows and a two-car garage and ample driveway provide plenty of space for vehicles. Tile is present in the kitchen while carpeting exists in the living and dining areas and all bedrooms, one of which is currently being used as a home office. A well-manicured yard provides plenty of opportunities to add a fence, deck, pool and additional landscaping.

With low yearly HOA dues and its close proximity to Choctawhatchee Bay, Publix, Sacred Heart Hospital and the shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard, this one is a must-see.

"Very dog friendly area. They bring water bowls to your table at an outdoor restaurant for the dogs. The only real problem I see with the dogs is that a lot of people do not pick up after them. They even provide doggy poo bags and a place to put it. Very disturbing. "

"There are a lot of places you can walk to or bike to. Restaurants, ice cream, General Store, beach. People are super nice and friendly. There is a lot of musical entertainment around. People always ask where the name comes from since there are no mountains. I pull out my phone and show them the beautiful pictures I have of the blue flowers all over the area 😁"
