    "This is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It’s so close to the beach you can hear the waves. The deeded beach access allows you to leave your beach chairs on the private path, ready! so your day at the beach is a breeze. There are rarely more than 5 other people on the beach. It’s like owning on the gulf at a fraction of the cost. "

    "Dogs are welcome on the beach! You can easily walk your leashed dog on the beach. There are a number of other dogs in the neighborhood. People are very friendly. Dogs are welcome lots of places in Sanibel. "
