The large kitchen with breakfast area and walk in pantry opens to the great room for easy entertaining. The master bedroom with elevator opens to the upper porch where one can view the sunsets and beach for miles. All windows are Dade County rated windows and sustained no damage. Roof was new in 2019 and the house suffered no leaks from the storm. The interior had minimal damage from Ian. Only the ground level had water intrusion.

The deeded beach access allows you to leave your beach chairs on the private path, ready! so your day at the beach is a breeze. There are rarely more than 5 other people on the beach. It’s like owning on the gulf at a fraction of the cost. "
