Looking for a great view? Then look no further! This Concrete Block home is beautifully maintained and located on a corner marsh front lot within the gates of Marsh Creek Country Club. Membership is optional but a fabulous lifestyle within a short distance to the beach and downtown St. Augustine isn't. This home provides a great lanai and screened pool cage for full time enjoyment. There is even great flow from the fully equipped kitchen (6 burner gas range) to all living areas for those big BBQs or pot luck dinners. Each bedroom has a bath then add a conveniently located powder room for maximum visitor privacy. Marsh Creek is a great community with miles of streets shared by cars, scooters, pets and their family and carts alike.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a wonderful school! You can be as involved as you want (you don’t have to be involved with PTO) have lunch with my little one on Mondays, volunteer to be homeroom mom which brings me in the classroom a lot and I like all the sign ups for additional volunteer times. The teachers are outstanding!!! I do like that the crazy ideology hasn’t made its way into this school, if that’s your prerogative this isn’t the school for you. We will be attending private school for middle school.Parent Review2mo ago - St. Augustine High School
