Selling my three bedroom, two bath, 1696 sq. ft. home. Situated on a beautiful lake in the backyard, this one floor home was built by my parents in 1998 upon their retirement. They were very minimalist people and used the house lightly. After their passing, my brother and I took it over in late 2010. It was used for only a few weeks of the year during my vacations as i lived out of state. Then in the mid 2010s, I began renting it out for a few months, mainly to retired couples coming from the north. They took very good care of the house. In January 2020, I moved into the home permanently and have been here ever since.
This ranch style home features a large main room and triple glass sliding doors to the enclosed porch for a great lake view. It boasts 11 foot ceilings in the main room with views to the lake, kitchen, dining room, and double door entry way. Two large mirrors are located on the entryway walls, giving it a much larger feel with the additional light coming from the windows above the double doors.
The master bedroom features a beautiful lake view with a double glass walk out sliding door to the enclosed porch. It faces north and every morning you will wake up to beautiful sunrises, as the sun moves over the glass-like water of the fish water lake.
Additionally, a walk-in closet, jacuzzi, and large shower can found in the master bedroom.
The living room features a large open area with a triple glass sliding door. It has the ability to open up the wall to the enclosed porch and lake.
Closets can be found in all rooms with a large closet outside the first bedroom. A large pantry is located in the kitchen near the nook. Additional space can be utilized in the laundry room above the washer/dryer area.

It decided to college bound student who get the attention and encouragement to develope to their full capacity.However, it seems that student that do not acquired the basic foundation in elementary school are routed separately and do not enjoy the same attention. They lack guidance to develope the curiosity for learning and the discipline to get there.On a positive note, I see no discrimination in regard to race or athnicity in the attention the student receive, they are objectively guided or misguided according to their interest in learning ~ and this has to start from the age of two years old, and it should start at home.I believe that a child should be able to read at the age of three years old, missing this bench mark can become a big obstacle in future achievments.Other Review2y ago - H. Administration, PTO and parents collaborating, making it a great community school.Despite of having 800+ children attend the school it seems that everybody knows everyone. So far all teachers we had were always responsive to questions and did a great job teaching our child. I was surprised to find this amount of social emotional learning being provided at a public school. However, there were a few times when I thought our child was not treated with the same respect by the teacher as the teacher expected to be treated. It was addressed and improved after. It seems that the administrations puts some thoughts into who gets to go into one class together, trying to keep children in one class at the same level so no one feels left behind or gets bored. -I might be mistaken and it's just been coincidentally but it felt like that to me.Parent Review1y ago - Royal Palm Beach High School
