I hardly seen any neighbors around. At night is been known with kids checking cars to see if they are open so they can steal ( no good) no major crime or any that I’m aware. I have been living in this community for a month, will see how it goes as time goes on. They are still lots of building g going on. Hopefully is a great neighbor "
