Heavily traveled Gulf Blvd splits the community, thus awareness of traffic dangers is advised - use designated crossing points. Bus service is very convenient to Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south, with connecting routes. There’s a prominent ‘air of energy’ & activity. There are several small subdivision types areas, but quite expensive with older folks - few children. "
