It’s a good school needs work on the cafeteria but overall a good school

Staff are at doors in the morning as students arrive. Staff look unhappy and frustrated. No good morning or smiles to students. Especially the dean that stands at doors at the drop off at the south entrance ( the drop off near cobra pride way. No smiles from her! Annoyance written on her face. Really think about this! She is the first face that some students see in the morning! My child has mentioned several times how teachers have CNN on in their classroom during the entire period. A lot of homework. I agree with homework but the amount given is ridiculous. The student/teacher ratio is off and homework overload appears to be teacher solution to having too many students - give them the work to be completed in class to do at home plus their typical homework.Sports: girls soccer coaches- is this volunteer or are you making a side hustle fee? These girls are losing respect for you. Life is hard and at the end of the day we are tired us parents understand but you signed up for this and if you can't commit and teach and coach these girls then let it go. My daughter and I have attended each game because she is interested in playing and I see no passion in the two coaches. I see exhaustion in the and the team being torn to pieces on the field by their opposing team. On a positive note- the principal does appear to genuinely care! He listens and cares for his students, staff and school. He is genuinely proud! I hope he reads this and considers making a few changes.Also, guidance counselors seem to be in there for the right reasons! Thank you for treating our students with respect and being a listening ear for them. You are appreciated!I will choose that I would recommend this school because there is potential!

this school has cockroach's there's flies at lunch there is mold in the bread and there are kids who bully and there are kids crying because of teachers but and they have this thing where 5th grade can missed days of senior week because about 10 kids are bad so the whole 5th grade will suffer because of the bad kids.

My daughter is going into 3rd grade and she has been there since VPK. I couldn't ask for better staffing. Everybody in the office is great and I've never had a problem. All her teachers have been great and have helped my daughter with her struggles she's had especially reading. The teachers have always communicated with me and send me pictures throughout the day of her when they are doing things in the classroom. Deputy G who is their resource officer is great with the kids. My daughter jumps out of the car every morning and runs straight too him to give him a hug. It's a A rated school and I'm so glad my daughter has been able to experience school on a positive level.

This school is horrible. The office staff is rude, the teachers don’t even try to accommodate to their students, and the lunch food is not edible. My child will not be returning next year.

when i went to the school the name speeks for its self like common sense i when to this school i got yell at for helping my frenid with his bike. this scholl trash and the teachers will give you stress to the ponit you have to start taking pills DONT GO HERE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID PLS DONT SEND YOUR CHILDER HERE.

Overall the school has giving my child a happy place to be ! Very loving staff. Every time I am around there is a friendly smile looking to help and provide me answers to my concerns.The Special Education team is amazing they give so much to the kids. Specially Mrs Vivian Hill she is amazing loving and caring teacher.I will say that the only thing I am not happy with. Is the lack of communication from the elementary teacher ( not all, but the ones my child had ) they are not organized when communicating with us parents.

We moved to Florida from Michigan. Our child has an IEP from Michigan and this school has gone above and beyond for our little guy; accommodating his needs and helping him rise to his potential. The ESE representative, general education teacher, and resource teacher have been a God send! We are so grateful that our little guy ended up at such a wonderful school!
