    "that neighbors are nice to each other and treat their dogs nice. also, its safe to walk their dogs at anytime. you see dog owners with their dogs most of the time in my neighborhood. the onky thing they might not like its the fact that sometimes there's alot of traffic and they might not feel safe while there's traffic."
