"IDK they could be doing more here. putting money back into the community and honestly reestablishing businesses in the area while getting rid of old buildings and eye sores. theses old vacant buliding usually home the homeless and drug addicted while typically brings the quality of life down in some areas. other areas are overpriced as far as renting. 1200 for a two bedroom because it's in a certain community. it's already almost impossible to live here for lower to middle class Americans without some sort of assistance, why would you make such high rent for places that look like they came out of a 70s b rated movie? income restricted complexes are almost impossible to get into unless you're like unemployed with four kids. To summarize, invite businesses and make more jobs in Pasco county. more bike Lanes and stricter traffic laws for drivers vs pedestrians. I've heard five storys just in the last two days of drivers hitting pedestrians while trying to turn right at red. not paying attention to the pedestrian signals and remembering that pedestrians have the right of way by law. Decrease the drug problem here and overhiked rentals and you'll have a great place to live."
