They have built an strip mall on the North side of 9 mile and Ashland Ave. There is a Preparatory school on the South corner of Detroit and Ashland Ave. There are three hotels on the southwest of Detroit rd. Also there is the interstate "

"The yards are a little small for bigger dogs but over all it’s not bad. The walk around the neighborhood is about half a mile so a nice safe walk for you and your fur babies... for the most part, people pick up after their animals but there are a few bad apples. Another complaint aside from the yards may be that there are a few wild animals since we are so close to woods and the highway. "
