That is not the case here. To say the teachers & staff have gone above and beyond for her is an understatement. I know they love her and do everything in their power to see her succeed. Public transportation is near as well as gas station, convince and dollar store. restaurants are near the neighborhood as well, shopping centers such as Ross, City Gear, Walmart, Grocery Oulet etc. learn by parks for the children to play also there is a near by trail that have a boardwalk where you can take the children and see turtles, snakes, fish, etc."

They have built an strip mall on the North side of 9 mile and Ashland Ave. There is a Preparatory school on the South corner of Detroit and Ashland Ave. There are three hotels on the southwest of Detroit rd. "The yards are a little small for bigger dogs but over all it’s not bad. The walk around the neighborhood is about half a mile so a nice safe walk for you and your fur babies... for the most part, people pick up after their animals but there are a few bad apples. Another complaint aside from the yards may be that there are a few wild animals since we are so close to woods and the highway. "

"What makes my neighborhood unique is it's location and the environment mostly. It's very quiet right near the water and the neighbors are older and very friendly. During storms it get a little scary and sometimes the power will go out for over 8hours but otherwise I love it here"
