    "Nice neighborhood to walk dogs. I see neighbors all the time on friendly walks and no one seems to mind any of the pets being walked. It is a friendly neighborhood and as we sit out for coffee wave to the people exercising their dogs as well as walking with their children. "

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 8 years and love it here!! We have a trail head that lead to four parks, the shopping centers, inner coastal, and the beach. All which are mostly canopied in old mature trees. I love raising my children here, this area is very family friendly!!"

There’s great shopping, eating out, etc at a nearby plaza off Old Kings. Saint Augustine is not far away which makes for great outings, especially when company visits."
