"most people have dogs in the area. very pet friendly area. there are pet parks too. you must clean up after your dog or you will be fine and so you should. the area is very clean and safe and of course a leash law. but pet park you can let them run. also different parts of the beach is pet friendly too. "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 8 years and love it here!! We have a trail head that lead to four parks, the shopping centers, inner coastal, and the beach. All which are mostly canopied in old mature trees. I love raising my children here, this area is very family friendly!!"

"I recently move here from St Augustine. I love the fact that it is a community with a lot of retirees but at the same time there's a thriving economy because of all the services offered to this people. There's a lot of younger people moving in with and without kids looking for job opportunities. Great place to raise kids. The beach is only minutes away at all times. "

"It’s a nice neighborhood and people are often seen riding bikes and going fir walks. It’s easy access to I-95 as well as US 1. There’s great shopping, eating out, etc at a nearby plaza off Old Kings. Saint Augustine is not far away which makes for great outings, especially when company visits."
