"The neighborhood is a quite community. There are many events but they are not well attended. Palm Coast is between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. I feel most people who live in Palm Coast want to keep the town low key and residential not touristy."

"Safe bedroom community, love the parks, trails and green space. The close proximity to the beach is a bonus. Neighbors are friendly and mine actually lend a hand with yard work when times call for it, broken lawn mower, we’re two old ladies."

"It’s a nice neighborhood and people are often seen riding bikes and going fir walks. It’s easy access to I-95 as well as US 1. There’s great shopping, eating out, etc at a nearby plaza off Old Kings. Saint Augustine is not far away which makes for great outings, especially when company visits."

"i live here and one of the things i like is how the city keeps the area clean and fantastic landscaping..... i live on Parkview dr. and the main downfall is there is no sidewalk on this main road.. i think is very dangerous considering its 30mph thru here and drivers go much faster than that.. i think speed limit should be 15 mph, it also may slow down the speeders some. With no sidewalk ,walkers and bikers are on the street and most are young kids... if there were a sidewalk ,be much ,much safer for everyone. But over-all i love Palm Coast."

"I live here presently and since you have left the city has put in a walkway with benches and stretching bars long Pine Lakes Parkway. The side roads still do not have sidewalks but the traffic in those areas is minimal with majority being people that live on those streets. I too have a chocolate lab and walk him on the side roads without a problem. You are still correct on the Public Transp. Beaches are about ten minutes by car. Great area to live especially in the "W" section. "

"My husband, son and I used to live there with our chocolate lab. So we took the dog on walks frequently. The only public transportation PC had was for seniors and disabled. If you didn't have anyone else in the house who could drive, then you'd have to find a neighbor for a ride or call a cab. PC didn't have sidewalks on busy streets. Cars sometimes drove on the sidewalks. Loved the beaches. Only recommend it for families if the kids realize that they could get run over. So they need to walk defensively."
