"We live here and this neighborhood is a friendly, quiet one with great neighbors. We all look out for one another and each others property and families. It is a very quiet area, always a breeze, beautiful sunsets. A great walking area, away from all the hussle but within minutes to all shops, beach and Daytona Beach and Racetrak. "

"Hunters Ridge is conveniently located on State Road 40 and just 3 miles west of I-95, so commutes throughout community is a breeze! Publix, Walmart, Lowes, theatres and restaurants, post office, car care, retail shops,,....everything within 3 miles of neighborhood! Neighborhood is friendly, with people and families out walking, biking, running, and playing at all times of the day and evening. Common grounds are beautifully maintained. Many lakes throughout neighborhood with sidewalks leading to all....each with at least one bench and main lake with pavillon styled gazbo and lit fountain. I always felt completely safe in this neighborhood, even as a single mom. Neighbors look out for each other, socialize together. It is what a neighborhood should be!"
