Even the address, 60 Waverly Place, evokes a sense of grandeur that deserves this home. While many hoped to acquire this home to preserve its significant history, every potential move proved challenging given its three-story height that would not fit under Interstate 408. In the end, the four-block move to 60 Waverly Place was finally completed with limited impact on the home and decades-old trees along the route. While saved as a historical treasure, this majestic home sits slightly outside the Delaney Historic District, allowing owners the opportunity to preserve and improve the home without design limitations that may otherwise have been imposed. It is an amazing school with caring teachers. The students are treated with care but there are also good expectations that keeps the school functioning in a safe and character building way. The principal is very involved and sets such a good tone for the school. They have great extras like music , art, and a STEM lab. They also have chickens and other animals in a learning lab. My son comes home so much happier and engaged than he was before. We are so happy to have him there.Parent Review1mo ago
