3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey do absolutely nothing to help a child being bullied. In fact, the teachers do it as well. The staff sets a terrible example for children. Don't bother trying to get the superintendent to help either because he will just push it off to the others you've already been dealing with and have received no help from. The counselor informed me that there are constantly fights there.. they need to take a good hard look at the staff and work their way out.Other Review7y ago - Moore Haven Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe recently moved into the area and enrolled our son at this school. He was bullied by the other kids, and was definitely made to feel unwelcome The school was not up to par in academics and we were very disappointed. We pulled our son out of school there and are moving to another town to have a better school alternative.Parent Review13y ago - Glades Virtual Instruction Program

"Dead end road, cows for neighbors, rural lifestyle. Huge fresh water lake with record breaking bass fishing! "

"The county has quite a few events in the five parks through thr Maine streets in town;art festivals, cookoffs. Food truck events, parades. The Agri-Civic Center hosts not only rodeos, but also the County Fair, a Halloween Festival to minimize house to house trick or treating, and anyone can sponsor a booth, with carnival type games, mini dog races. There is also a Community Health Fair each year in January, with local hospital, clinics and emergency services being involved. The Tri County Food Bank also does a distribution about three times a year. "

"After 20 years, I still love my neighborhood and our small town. Quiet, friendly. The only downside is when the snowbirds invade us from September to around April. Then our population goes from around 25,000 to over 40,000. Traffic. Ugh. But a small price to pay for the rest of the year. "

"No events in my neighborhood. Nothing special.. quite and peaceful. Everyone stick to themselves. Work and go home ... plenty of sports for kids and churches to join. "
