    "We live here. North Port is a large city land wise, but it has not been developed for the most part. Housing is cheaper than Sarasota or Venice, and it's only a short drive up the interstate to Venice or Sarasota. Short drive to area beaches. You will get much more for your money by buying a home in North Port."
