The roof was redone along with the lanai in 2006. The flooring was done in 2017 and the AC unit was replaced in 2017. Everything is already done for you, all you need to do is come and enjoy this wonderful home. Annual and Seasonal rentals are allowed. A minimum of 30days. Annual rentals are about $1,500-$2,000 per month and seasonal rentals are about $1,500-$2,200.00 per month.
