"Overall a good place to live with good neighbors. There have been some not so good times here when values crashed and a lot of homes were being rented out. Seems things are getting better and tolerance of nonsense is minimal."

"I just moved here recently. I live in a gated community where they allow children, which is rare for this area. Too many 55 plus communities! Makes affordable housing unavailable for the people who need it most, driving up the homeless population. Otherwise lots to do and plenty of business. "

"I lived in N. Ft. Myers a supposedly nice community one way in one way out and have lived here for 7 years. This community has become stricken with drugs. Same cars entering into the neighbor hood 10 12 times a day for 15 minutes at a time. It is unexceptable."
