The nice wall colors give the home a "beachy" feel. And the big sunroom is reason enough to buy this home! It is heated and cooled and is included in the square footage. It affords such a beautiful view you will probably want to spend most of your time there. It is also wired for a hot tub, so...The master bedroom is huge, as well as the adjoining bath, with a garden tub, separate shower, private toilet and a double sink vanity. The other bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The living space has an open feel with the cathedral ceilings and mirror above the fireplace mantel. And you won't find any carpet in this home..either tile or lovely wood laminate flooring throughout. ALSO, the roof is brand spanking new, and the HVAC was replaced last summer! Laundry is between the kitchen and 2 car garage, and washer and dryer convey, but aren't warranted. You really should see this property!

    "my neighborhood has great access to a major highway which is well-constructed and mail well-maintained also very well patrolled by state troopers. road ranger availability is good if you should have a problem. the only negative is that if there is a wreck time to clear the road seems extended and traffic backs up for miles and miles since exits are so far apart. The are building a really nice park in phases at the Bagdad mill site (with separate boat and kayak launches, and a dock for fishing). Bagdad has the lowest taxes. "
