"It's unique to that it's home of the annual Carnival at Calle 8 and Cuban cuisine restaurants, Cuban tobacco makers and museums. It's just a short distance from downtown Brickell where you'll find the new and now famous Brickell City Centre shopping plaza. "

"Hectic. No one stops at red lights or stop signs. Trash everywhere in the road, including nails. People block the road with hazard lights on and act like they can park wherever they want. "

"Little Havana, Miami is not really for the small kids. Maybe 12 and up just for the snacks in the area. Definitely not a place for kids after 8pm most places are closed by that time. "

"I have lived here for 11 years. Great up and coming neighborhood. Looking forward to all of the new construction going on by the river, which will bring a lot of value to this neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly and very pet/kids friendly. In 11 years I have not once experienced anything crime related, I consider this neighborhood very safe."

"Located in an area adjacent to the Miami Marlins Stadium (old Orange Bowl Stadium) and not considered to be a good area of town. Mainly renters and low class people. A lot of adult businesses that are very seedy and crime-ridden."
