9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was there from kinder all the way thru 5th grade. We went thru 2 principals & various teachers. Overall a good experience with the exception of the PE teacher Ms. Wilson who teaches as if it was boot camp. She doesn't think that not every kid is athletic nor that is an elementary school without any sports. It's merely physical education. In 6 years, I had to talk to the principal at the time regarding the way that she carries out the class.Parent Review4y ago - Richmond Heights Middle School

"I commute to/from downtown Lakeland daily, right at 10 miles in an average of 19 minutes. Some days are better than others but all in all it’s not a bad commute. "

"This neighborhood is mostly safe, close (20 minute) commute to two/three small cities for shopping and dining. has a gas station, a bar or two, a few restaurants and two hair salon, of course a dollar general. One thing lacking in this neighborhood is a place to buy fresh produce in town. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to raise your family. "

"Plenty of parks and open spaces to walk your dogs and enjoy the day outside. Between the cemetery (which is gorgeous) and the arts trail, it’s a feel for a city but also a clam space to get away."

"I live next door to this building. I used to find that it had friendly, courteous and quiet residents. Seems there has been a shift in it's tenants. The owners have a "Pet Friendly" policy. Would be nice if they also would provide a dog walking area for the residents to take their dogs to! Seems to have been a resent increase of dog owners who could care less about where they take their dogs and never clean up after them!!! Having my own yard means that I have to maintain my property in which I have to mow, rake and walk around in. Makes for a very unpleasant job when I have to clean up after my neighbors!! "
