"I have lived here for 11 years. Great up and coming neighborhood. Looking forward to all of the new construction going on by the river, which will bring a lot of value to this neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly and very pet/kids friendly. In 11 years I have not once experienced anything crime related, I consider this neighborhood very safe."

"Plenty of other dogs around, owners are disciplined and always carrying dogs on leash, there’s a nice park on the river that lets you walk dogs on leash. "

"Located in an area adjacent to the Miami Marlins Stadium (old Orange Bowl Stadium) and not considered to be a good area of town. Mainly renters and low class people. A lot of adult businesses that are very seedy and crime-ridden."
