    "I’ve lived here in South Beach, Miami Beach FL For !8 years and love it. Everything is walking distance - banks, big brand name stores, a gorgeous beach, an extensive grid of bike lanes, a gorgeous beach path to jog, bike, roller blade, or just a jolly stroll. We have museums, the Fillmore theatre n concert hall, the New World Symphony, and a very large Art Deco district. I live a block from the famous pedestrian mall, Lincoln Road, and 1/2 from the beach. We will also have a brand new huge and futuristic Convention Center and still getting bigger and stronger Art Basel every December. We also have free trolley rides throughout Miami Beach. Finally, we have the prestigious Mount Sinai medical complex, and Baptist is building a minor ER and doctor offices. "
