Lake Colony Estates is within vicinity of a major interstate interchange and a office park with many Fortune 500 companies and a Sheraton hotel. It is a very nice enclave in the midst of a growing yet well maintained community. You can go 15-20 minutes south to downtown Orlando, entertainment, shopping and tourist attractions or 45 minutes north to the Florida coast, and shopping along the way. Yet sometimes forget that you are in the midst of metro area, great schools, churches and under appreciated historic communities in Florida and US history. Visit Lake Colony Estates, Maitland, Winter Park and Orlando for yourself"
