On its 4020 water surface acres you have plenty of room for BOATING, FISHING, SKIING, and RELAXING, whatever your heart desires. Look forward to privacy and peacefulness in this friendly neighborhood located on a dead end street with no drive-by traffic. This community is NOT AGE RESTRICTED, so this can be a perfect fit for all generations. The clean and well kept home comes with its own BOAT HOUSE that was just recently upgraded with electrical/power. Also in 2019, a brand new A/C unit was installed with a Nest thermostat and a NEW (lake-water-fed) IRRIGATION system was put in. The storage unit has plenty of room and was recently equipped with electric as well. On the inside, the home feels WARM and OPEN with 2 large living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As an extra bonus, you're not only enjoying water views from every single room in the house, but you also get a nice view of Lake Yale from the Kitchen window. All flooring is either tile, laminate or vinyl. Come relax, sit back and watch the amazing wildlife right from your screened-in covered patio or from the dock. A rare opportunity that soon could be your waterfront dream home.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageYour child's success at this school is completely on your shoulders. Counselor are not motivated, never available, & never guide the student. Counselors & Teachers dismiss students when they try to get assistance. As a parent you will have to make several calls/emails to get any issues resolved. Students are left on their own to discover scholarships, navigate the SAT, or college application assistance.I’ve had two children go through Eustis High School, it has become worse over time. My child is completely on their own, they are lucky I was able to assist them. Most parents don't have the understanding/resources to help their child.I am disappointed in this school, they need to start treating students like customers, & stop dismissing them as if they are a bother. Administrators purposely omit & hide their email or contact information. This is due to the frustration of parents trying to get things done. When a counselor or teacher doesn't resolve an issue, parents get frustrated & want to communicate with the administrators for assistance. The Principle has stopped that. This high school needs a completely new focus. It's time for them to stop just collecting a pay check.Parent Review4y ago - Treadway Elementary School
