Seller offering 5k closing credit! Welcome to The Tree House. Open the windows and doors and let the fresh air in as you drink your morning coffee and watch the squirrels play. You won't find another home on the market like this one. The totally unique architectural design can be decorated in many different design styles, such as Modern Farmhouse or even Mid Century Modern. The home is a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath with a den/man cave on the ground floor level that could serve as an extra sleeping quarters. There is also a 3rd floor cozy loft that over looks the living room. It's a fantastic place to tuck away for some privacy to read a good book or grab a nice nap feeling like your up in the trees. In the winter, you can enjoy a nice fire in your wood burning stove. The ROOF is BRAND NEW, installed November 2022. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and a huge eat at island for extra guests. The dining room space is large enough for an eight foot farm table and then some. There is also a lovely coffee/wine bar in the kitchen. There are hardwood floors throughout the house and tile floors on the ground floor and bathrooms. The house also has a water softener system and a wash and dryer will be included. Outdoor decks surround the house with each bedroom having access to them. In the fenced back yard you will find the 30' x 30' workshop/2 car garage with more storage than you could ever need. There is also covered space for your boat and you'll be less than 5 miles from the Harris Chain of Lakes boat launch in Tavares. There is a 2 car carport attached to the house. You'll have a giant circle driveway, which comes in handy for guest parking. Bring your RV to this park like setting!
