2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible. The teachers are beyond lazy, and do not effectively respond to anything. The school did a poor job of keeping parents informed. The staff members are rude. And the teachers who do respond have no educational thought process. The teacher to student ratio is floored. Your child will be failing and you will never know. Everything is electronic. The communication at this school is a complete failure, with the staff and administrators. The kids are very rude and very disrespectful. I cried one day walking the halls, if you hear the way these children talk and the way the staff communicate with them is so sickening. A student once brought a gun to school and that was the biggest fear of my life. While the school was on shut down the after math of it all was just poorly dealt with. There was no type of intervention with kids and parents who had to deal with the chaos. Do not walk RUN FROM THIS SCHOOL IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! This school has always had a bad reputation from pass to present. The schools in these areas are the worst. And the scores and grade the school has shows it. They do not care about the kids. And the ones that do, it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack.Other Review9mo ago - Boyd H. Anderson High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagewell its currently 2022 of April 28th , I've been here for about 7 or 8 months . I have ups and downs about this school . first of all , from my experiences the teachers are A1 , I wouldn't say all of them but mine are , they actually care about your future , they stay on top of you for homework , trying to make sure your credit is up , Gpa is in check , community service hours are up to date and all that . now I don't know what the other reviews are talking about from years ago because I'm pretty sure these are a new set of teachers and they're good at their job . now the staff and once again from MY experience I'd say they're A1 too . they give us so many opportunities that Miami Dade county would never like its literally no possible way you could fail at b.a. or not graduate unless you're just not doing anything , anything you need help with they got , I'm talking about class recovery , edmentum , tutors all that , its so much you can do to pass like they're literally giving you the key . they have a variety of clubs you can join , there's chorus , band , med , jrotc , art , track m, football , swim , baseball , lgbqt group , law , entreprenuership , language , culinary and more , you could take college classes for free , FOR FREE . paid scholarship opportunities and everything . now fun wise , its a lot of fun . its a lot of spirit at b.a , spirit week was the best . we'd have the dj in lunch sometimes the cheerleaders dance during lunch , we'd have the band playing music , sport cars out so we can go see , people coming to our school to talk to us , big meetings in the auditorium and etc . now the students on the other hand .. I'm not gone sugar coat like I'm the perfect student lol but you have to watch who you hang around, this school is very diverse , but its mostly a black school , and the staff here is perfect for that they make sure we stay good and don't fall into the streets , the system , or the grave because that's what's life all about seeing black people fail ,especially young black people , but not on they're watch . they gone make sure we all make it . now if you reading this thinking about coming to this school , look don't b shy these ppl don't care what you got and what you don't got , don't take the drugs path , don't get peer pressured into doing something you don't want to do , don't skip class because it will effect you HEAVILY , I'm telling you miss a class and you gotta F for the quarter already , bullying isnt tolerated at allStudent Review1y ago - Park Lakes Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePark Lakes Elementary is a great school. The teacher's are great. They Really work with the kid's. Doesn't matter what school your kids go, It's Our responsibility as parents to support the children and Teacher's to achieve our children's education.Other Review8y ago - Check out schools near 3510 NW 29th.
