7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagejust nowNEWMy son started at this school at the beginning of 2nd grade 2021. Since then we have been having continued interventions and meetings towards an IEP from previous schools. Then they change his teacher in the classroom after winter break as if that was a good idea!!! I switch my son to be a bus rider and get the slip and okay for him to start. I live in a townhome community and have to walk almost half a mile to the bus stop off a busy street. Here we are and the first two mornings at the bus stop and NO bus comes for him. We wait and wait but nothing. I make the call to let them know what happened and to please not let it happen again as it triggers his anxiety and makes him sad. Not a good start for his morning..they do it again!! What if my 2nd grader was standing out there by his self. Just waiting and waiting and waiting for no one..just to possibly get stolen or something. I'm just so beyond upset at how things are done at this school. "Great access to public transportation there’s a park in walking distance a dog park a pond a few different schools shopping centers and grocery stores all walking distance. There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "
