2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI currently go here as an 8th grader. And let me tell you, it's honestly pretty great. I will admit, this school is not the best, but it is not the worst either. I've met some really nice people and have met some of my best friends. All of these reviews are pretty old and not updated. But I can tell you that it has definingly changed a lot. And in a good way!! The teachers are very kind (Especially the 8th grade teachers). There are some teachers who are not the nicest. But most of them are!! I would recommend you read the more recent reviews. A lot has changed here at KMS!! The principle is strict, but she means well. And the assistant principals are very kind as well! They take fights seriously and punish them as needed. As for bullying, I can safely say I've never been bullied here at KMS. Or seen anyone get bullied. I will admit, some people have done bully actions, but never bullied me or anyone. And this school is definingly safe! They have sheriffs and you need to show them your ID before you can enter the office. There are even rewards for things! Students with AB Honor Roll, Straight A's, no referrals, no tardies, etc. They get a cool little party! A donut party, pizza party, free period, dodgeball games, etc. And as a person who gets Straight A's, AB Honor Roll, no tardies or referrals, having a reward is a very nice thing!! And there are also a bunch of sports and after-School clubs!! Girls' basketball, Boys basketball, Cross country, Girls Volleyball, Track, etc. Anime club, basketball club, Tabletop, chess club, etc. And there is also math and reading tutoring! Which helps you a lot! Morning and afternoon tutoring!! I would definingly recommend this school! And I give this school a Chef's Kiss!!!Student Review11mo ago - Jesse Keen Elementary School

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids and I are happy with this school. The teachers are very caring and kind towards my kids. My daughter had hard time reading and her teacher worked with her and gave me ideas to do at home. They have improved a lot in the last couple of years. They do fun things like AR parties or book character day.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 2850 New Tampa Hwy #93.
