A typical commute to Disney Seaworld or Universal can take you 45 minutes up to 2 hours depending on traffic which is constant from 7am -8pm."

Wendy’s, McDonalds Popeye’s Publix, Beall Ross, Home Depot, Fed Ex, Aldi’s 20 minutes to I-4. There is lot’s of road construction because the area is crowded now.
