    "My parents moved here in 1968 from south Florida. They wanted a house close to the schools so my siblings wouldn't have to ride a bus. I have seen this town change from a quiet little town to what it is now which is an over developed, over populated town that it is now. I live on Thacker avenue close to the Osceola high school and the traffic is horrendous. Cars speeding up and down, people passing on a no-passing avenue, buses, big trucks, you name it. It's never quiet. I would never walk my dogs after dark. No way. There are creepy people walking up and down the sidewalks; people talking to themselves. Drive down any side street and look at the houses and yards. Many are run down, no one seems to care about how their homes look and the yards are just as bad if not worse. This says a lot about the people who live in them. If I could sell my house for a good price I would do it. Unfortunately no one wants to live here and I don't blame them. Here's some advise: buy a house in St. Cloud."

    "I moved here in 2009 from Alabama, I was used to my neighbors being spread out and having privacy. But after a few years, I guess I got used to it. I'm glad I moved here, opportunity for growth is every where here and not hard to find. The neighborhoods do differ depending on which side of town your on and some cases is like night and day but once you figure out which ones to avoid, you tend to be a little more aware of the "safe zones" as I call them. But its no different from any other major city in America, you move to one and you find out real quick where you want to be and where you want to live. This neighborhood has its ups and downs but more ups than downs, so over all, its a very good place to bring the family. P.S. The lake front is less than 5 minutes away, HUGE park for the kids, fishing, boating, etc... "

    "I visited this community and it is a dream with beautiful homes and well-kept. Has a pool, cabana and tot lot. It is located between Falls Cove and East Lake Toho and just 3 miles from Lake Nona. HIgh school is Lake Nona High, but it is still beyond my budget. I wish I could find a property in the low $100s as nice as this. I read properties here have increased their value since 2013. I also know that if they are any cheaper people will think they are buying at a low-class place. I wish I would live here. Only thing I didn't like was that ponds do not have fountains and the surroundings are not fence for safety. I wouldn't walk my children in that area."
