Blountstown Middle is a school that thrives to teach students right from wrong. It teaches many life lessons and helps students get through their problems. The teachers are so very nice and caring and feel like education is the top priority of life, the spend extra time one on one with students who need help. The sports and Physical Education program is great teaching kids the basic fundamentals of excersizing and sports . Overall I believe Blountstown Middle has the best Middle School education around.

I give a good rather than a great because though most teachers are very helpful and willing to work with the parent, there is always that one!

The attention to detail has been skipped over. Multiple accounts of inaccurate data keeping for attendance. Very few measure taken towards the safety of my kids the teachers never seem to be present when there is a injury or matter which needs assistance of the child. Refused to let my child use his safety watch for contact of a parent in a emergency. My child is scared to return to school for not knowing how to react when something is to happy and who they should talk to because they don’t know if they will be punished or helped. The faculty seems to cover up for each other when there is a problem that has happened instead of searching for the answers through the students

I love Blountstown Elementary. My son went to school there from pre-k to 3rd grade. All of his teachers were great and cared about the students. Most of the teachers have been there forever. The staff that aren't teachers have been teachers and/or have been students at BES when they were young and their kids have attndended BES. It's like a big family to me there. I'm quite sure some may have con's about the school but there will never be perfect school. However, I never had any problems really with my son there. I stayed active at the school and with my son. If I had any concerns or questions, I addressed them and had no problems. I would tell anybody that BES is GREAT!
