This is a Short Term Vacation Rental which just became available after a complete remodel! It is our goal to give our guests a beachy, comfortable, and relaxing vacation. The open floor plan has a peek a boo view of intracoastal waterway. This 2 Bedroom/1 Bath home is available starting April 1, 2018 (includes golf cart and WiFi). Weekly/ monthly rental available. (please call for specific rates) We are not accepting pets at this time and this is a non-smoking unit. Washer/dryer in unit. Sleeps 4 in bedrooms and has pull out couch for two more people. 3 New flat screen TV's. One in each bedroom and one in living room.
Nettles Island is known for being a quiet waterfront community and has a large clubhouse with multiple events and activities throughout the month. We have; pickle-ball courts, tennis courts, basketball, putt putt golf, 2 swimming pools (one on intracoastal and another on the beach), kiddie pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, playground area, game room, ping pong, restaurant, marina, fishing areas, and much much more. Nettles Island is a family friendly community.

They work tirelessly to help student a make gains and build in social-emotional time to help counteract the negative ascents of bullying. They teach see something, say something. They also use social emotional time to have emotional check is with students and validate their feelings. Lessons from Sanford Harmony are provided for each grade level to help build a single school culture. Great things are happening and academic gains are being made.
