"Lots of neighborhood streets to walk down, it’s clean and the people are nice. I feel safe and have not had any issues with theft or crime. The housing prices have gone up a lot so it’s not cheap to live here. It’s very easy to get around from here since we have access to all major freeways within minutes"

"We are 10 min to the most popular shopping area in Jax. 15 min to downtown. 20 min to the beach. Easy access to I-95 & I-295. 15 min to I-10. People who grew up in this area return to raise their families. I picked this neighborhood as the area where I wanted to buy a home and feel very fortunate to have found one!"
