    "I like the neighborhood, situated south of downtown, along the St. John’s River. The only drawback to living here is that there is not a grocery store in the near vicinity, meaning I have to drive to get groceries. If not for that, I would probably not drive at all in the neighborhood."

    "It's safe but too many cats. Too many mosquitoes from flooded alleys. Old buildings, watch out for musty smells from air conditioning units falling apart, not sure landlords will fix. Would not recommend after Hurricane Irma flooded these streets."

    "I've lived here for three years. I had lost my house key and left my home unlocked for 9 months or so. I'm lazy but the neighborhood is safe and ever vigilant. The area is quiet and quaint and nothing rowdy after hours. "
