I had a wonderful experience at this school, and I want to highlight the outstanding office staff. They are incredibly kind and professional, unlike any other school I've encountered. My child always talks about Mrs. Merrell, and having met her in person, I can attest that she is a genuinely sweet, compassionate, and caring person. It's evident that she deeply cares for both the kids and the parents she works with. Overall, I rate my experience a perfect 10/10. :)

I wish I had a list of nice things to say, but I do not ... I will say we are lucky with the science and math teacher my son has, but his language and social studies teacher is a different story. I don't blame her entirely either, There is just a failure in the whole communication system at this school. Parents and teachers and administration do not talk or communicate like they should. I think some of the teachers, don't feel supported by parents or staff, have trouble with students not listening or being respectful, parents blaming the teachers for the class room problems, administration not handling the behavioral issues or bullying problems... not enough support for the students with special needs and accommodations and are integrated into main stream classes without proper support (for the child or the staff). Unfortunately a lot of these problems are wide spread throughout the county and not just the one school. It just sucks because for every good thing that can be said about some of the staff , there are more not so good things to say about others. But the biggest issue is with the lack of talking and listening .... I have said on multiple occasions there is a huge difference between listening and hearing.... just cause some one heard you doesn't mean they listened to your words.... This school could be an amazing school if everyone tried to work together instead of just dealing with each other...

Horrible school. As a student here I feel that the teachers do not listen to us, and the students are incredibly disrespectful. For those students who are constantly in trouble and in fights, the administration seems to do nothing about it and is even "friends" with them. They have no control of the students, and are even extremely rude to the students who aren't bad. The students here are ridiculous, I've been tripped multiple times in the halls when I mind my own business, and the teachers don't care. The teachers act like they are listening, but I have addressed issues with the administration so many times and have been blatantly ignored. I have even gone to the principle himself and so has my friend.This school is a joke, and it's sad that I've heard my teachers say that they are afraid to come to work because of how these kids act. 1/10 I wouldn't put your child in the care of these admins.
