    "NE (Northeast Neighbors) area from East University Avenue 9TH ST to NE 11TH ST and Waldo RD north to NE 4TH Avenue is on the whole friendly and clean but not a safe area at night time. There is a significant amount of crime and bad activity that requires one to be cautious at night. I wouldn’t want to raise a small child here. It’s nice being close to downtown and the historic district but it’s very near other bad neighborhoods. After 20+ years here, I’m moving."

Walking to Ward's and Curia is one of the best features, and ready access to Sixth Street means quick trips to most places, like downtown, UF, and the airport. I love it here."
