Close to shopping and 15 minutes to the beach. Home is situated 5 minutes from Hurlburts east gate and 15 minutes to Eglins west gate. Master bedroom has en suite with a tiled double head shower and double vanity with walk-in closet. Second bathroom has double vanity with tiled tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom doubles as a flex space with the ability to transform into a second living room/bonus room/mother in-law suite. The fifth bedroom also boasts an 8x8 walk-in closet and private fenced-in yard and own entrance into the home. The laundry room is 8x15 outfitted with industrial shelving making storage a breeze. All rooms are large and spacious with new flooring and closets in every room. Large screened in Florida room overlooking a beautiful in-ground pool (weekly pool maintenance included in rent). Unlike most homes in the area there is a large yard to the east of the pool area for the kids to play or dogs to roam. The yard has a storage shed for those extra items you may have. Northgate Estates is home to the famous Northgate Luminaries which host a Christmas light festival every December. The neighborhood is very active in planning special events for holidays and keeping it's streets clean and safe.

"This is a nice quiet area that is 10 minutes from Hurlburt Air Field and 15 minutes to Eglin AFB. We are also five minutes from the hospital and other medical facilities in Fort Walton Beach with easy access to all shopping and restaurants while only 20 minutes to the beach!"
