Terrible! It is by far the worst school I have ever encountered. The office staff is very rude and disrespectful and the principal upholds their behavior. I don't recommend this school to anyone, I actually regret it. Absolutely the most disgraceful school in the county. Do not enroll your child here.

Just appalling... The St Lucie County school system is broken. So happy that I can work 2 jobs and send my child to private school. No opportunity for advanced learning and the gifted program is a joke. It is all about the money the county gets for the school - If you r child is smart, apply for a scholarship for one of the private schools.. Really a travesty for the next generation. Shame on you St Lucie County,, Step up!

Chester A. Moore Elementary (CAM) has the best staff and administrators! The moment you walk in, it is evident that this is a caring place, greeted with friendly smiles and welcoming attitudes. When I talk to the teachers they say, 'This is the best place to work' - the teachers feel supported, and their happiness is reflected in the classroom. CAM has the hardest working, humble, and passionate teachers; they focus on every student’s individual needs and safety. The CAM family takes the time to know your child. It is a joyful place where kids are nurtured and seen, where individuals are appreciated and honored for the unique contributions they make to the community. Chester A. Moore Elementary is truly a school where excellence is believed and achieved by all.

Fort Pierce Westwood Academy has transformed drastically through the past few years as it has become a Magnet school. The programs they offer are competitive and many more opportunities are there for all students than previous years. They also implemented a leadership curriculum for all grades and their community service and outreach participation has increased. There is still improvement to be made but the faculty and staff are supportive and kind.

I just got off the phone with this school and I am horrified.I found out that there is no open door policy, meaning I need to make an appointment with a teacher in order to visit my child's classroom.I don't know but that is extremely fishy to me and I'd rather be able to walk in a class room to know whats going on at that time then to have things setup (meaning the element of surprise, I'd see the real going ons than what is setup) Use cation here!!

As a community member, I see that the staff and administrators at Parkway are phenomenal with the students. They work tirelessly to help student a make gains and build in social-emotional time to help counteract the negative ascents of bullying. They teach see something, say something. They also use social emotional time to have emotional check is with students and validate their feelings. Lessons from Sanford Harmony are provided for each grade level to help build a single school culture. Great things are happening and academic gains are being made. It is taking time, but it is happening. Don’t discount this school, it’s staff, and especially it’s students.

I am extremely unsatisfied with this school. They are very disorganized to say the least. My son was hit by another student in the chest and then was co-erced into saying it happened at home. DCF was called instead of talking with us first. We have a THREE year relationship with staff there and this claim was ridiculous and unfounded. We are taking him out of weatherbee asap.
