    "I have been renting a home in this area for over a year while I’m working on a nearby project and very surprised how safe and friendly the neighborhood is considering the areas to the north and east of this area gets pretty rough. We considered buying a home here but it’s too expensive and too busy for our lifestyle. Never had anything stolen from the home while we rented here. Cars on the adjacent Sunrise Blvd. gets noisy though at all times of day and night. "
